Once an item has been transferred to the shipping carrier and tracking has been issued, transit responsibility rests with the carrier. While we will reasonably assist by providing documentation for claims when appropriate, we cannot guarantee carrier handling, transit time, environmental exposure, delays, loss, or damage occurring during shipment.

Tracking information is always provided. The purchaser assumes responsibility for monitoring delivery status and initiating any necessary carrier inquiries or claims once shipment is in transit.

If an item arrives visibly damaged, notification must be made in writing within 48 hours of confirmed delivery, accompanied by clear photographs of:

• Interior packaging
• Exterior packaging
• Shipping label
• Unboxing documentation when available

Failure to provide timely documentation may void eligibility for claim assistance.

Optional shipping insurance is available upon request prior to purchase and is strongly recommended for higher-value items.

All items are sold strictly as-is, final sale. Due to the rarity, age, and collectible nature of our inventory:

• Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted
• Condition variations consistent with age are not grounds for return
• Environmental damage occurring after delivery is the buyer’s responsibility
