Any original photographs or artwork contained within the antique or vintage frames, will remain with the frame hidden behind the new displayed piece.

All of our items are packed with care and in a way in which we would expect to receive them. Proper delivery is guaranteed provided no damages are incurred due to: shipping delays, damages due to shipping delays, lost packages, mishandling by delivery personnel, and any other shipping related issues. Once the item has been placed in the care of the shipping carrier, responsibility to the seller is null.

Tracking will be always be provided once the item is in the hands of the shipping carrier, at which stage the purchaser is to assume the responsibility of tracking their package and filing a claim if previously stated issues shall arise.

To report any problems, purchaser must submit a written claim and with photographic evidence and video of unboxing within 6 hours of delivery time.

Additional insurance is available for an additional cost, upon request prior to purchase.
